What's your limit?

Have you ever had your limit being put to test?when you can feel your blood pressure soaring up and your heart beat poncing on your chest. Some incidents have to unfortunately occur in the office last week, eventhough the hostility was not directly towards me but still it affects me in a direct way. Maybe because the hostility was directed towards my immediate supervisor. Office politics is always what people say you will get when you step into the working life, but i can't stop thinking why must it happen? is it a law that a company must hire at least one jerk to make your times in the office miserable? or is it just coincident? hhmm....its just demoralizing .
